them which mean a lot of things, not one particular thing.

I would like to say sorry for expressing my anger yesterday, but I just couldn't control on erm....slight stupid person. Sorry for that.

o靚模潮 out，嚟緊應該會興「防腐男」！
近日除咗有未老過、做完《富貴門》的呂良偉以詠春 keep fit養生後，同劇袁詠儀的真實老公、鋼條身形的張智霖（ Chilam）一樣好似食咗防腐劑咁， 38歲人睇落似 28歲。
回歸樂壇出碟又拍無綫劇，防腐 Chilam愈戰愈勇：「其實我有成長 o架！我唔介意多幾條皺紋！」 Chilam講得輕鬆，實情多得同年的老婆袁靚靚督促：「佢之前肥咗 10磅，我咪成 20日唔畀晚飯佢食囉！」要型梗要付出。
週日（ 13日）張智霖出席新碟《 I AM CHILAM》簽唱會繼續以情歌王子形象到場，樣貌和身形睇落，比佢 38歲真實年齡後生 10年有多，笑起嚟個酒凹樣，仲有啲 baby face添！

3年前 Chilam曾經幫名攝影師 Leslie Kee影過一輯露毛相， 3年後 Chilam嘅身形同o依家基本上冇乜點走樣，好過好多精壯小生喎！

38歲 Chilam向來青靚白淨，在高清鏡頭下， Chilam瞇晒眼都只得 3條魚尾紋，面相嚟講，呢啲係殺女桃花紋，而佢鬚根下嘅皮膚亦好到你想用手搣佢面珠墩。

近日周街貼有 Chilam新碟宣傳海報， 38歲中佬黑背心晒鋼條身形疑似不老症。據知 Chilam新碟由夏永康（ Wing Shya）負責形象及攝影。有份參與的幕後人員透露：「 Chilam男人味出晒，所以今次輯相用簡單方式去表現佢已經好夠。」
出道 17年， Chilam身形一直 keep得好 fit，佢話秘訣在於爛玩。「我上天下海乜都玩！例如踢波、跑步、啤牌甚至傾偈，我咩都啱！
「其實真係冇特別 keep！應該係生活健康，同埋保持心情開朗係好緊要。而且我唔食煙唔飲酒唔蒲，但我瞓覺好唔定時！」

Chilam答得輕鬆，但週日（ 13日）袁詠儀於《富貴門》結局晚宴，接受本刊訪問時就大爆試過 20日唔畀 Chilam食飯：「佢前排去咗 3個禮拜北海道拍劇，日日食拉麵，返嚟個肚腩直情大過我生完 BB之後！我咪十幾廿日唔畀飯佢食囉！不過佢真係廿日後就冇咗個肚腩喇喎！（人人話佢o依家好 fit！）係啦，我真係要返去糟質吓佢！」

Chilam自言乜都玩。今年 6月落場踢波俾人影到，同城城打得邊爐多，踢波當 keep番囉！《忽然 1周》圖片

靚靚更表示， Chilam天生麗質，不過絕不姿整。「佢要 feel到真係好乾至會問我攞 cream搽，一個月至做一次 mask，我都隔兩個星期做一次，唔可以俾佢追到！不過佢平日乜都玩 o架，可以同朋友傾 8個鐘偈，之前冇咁忙就去踢波，有時又會同我去行山，其實佢冇特別 keep，可能冇時停會有幫助！」
52歲呂良偉仲可以孭重飛做男主角，細佢 14年的 Chilam睇嚟有排撈。
