1. China - Contaminated Sanlu baby milk powder, more than 430 chinese babies are ill with kidney stones. It is said that the milk powder contained the industrial chemical which added in to increase the protein of the powder.Sanlu group had been ordered to halt production. Severely punish and discipline those people or workers who acted illegally.

US had urged the citizens to stop buying china product of baby milk powder.

China's economy grew slowed to 10% for the second quarter of this year. Government continues efforts to reduce the rate of growth for the fear that the economy is overheating.
To help do this, Beijing has increased interest rates and reduced the bank funds available to firms
